We want to make our facilities safe and comfort for not only users but staff as well, where time flows slow.
There are 5 facilities, which are located in Okazaki, Anjo, and Hekinan, operated by ALCUORE.
As mentioned, our philosophy is "All people should be given treatments that are same as own families give" and our goal is to provide caregiving services with thinking of users






We welcome people with no previous experience or no qualification.
After joining our organization, through new staff training, OJT, and 3 year work experience with our team, you can acquire qualified status for the national examination of caregivers.
You are eligible to get full support for the national examination and receive congratulatory money upon passing the examination.

- Basic work is 3 major assistance, meal service, excretion, and bathing. We also perform changing clothes, face wash, exercise for fall prevention, and patrol. Responding nurse calls, changing diapers, checking and refilling bedsheets are also included. We maintain communication with residents of our facility.

- I studied in medical examination technician course and worked 3 years at hospital in Vietnam. And I found job that I couldn't find in Vietnam. In the future, I can work as a caregiver, which gains knowledge for the medical examiner. That is why I chose to study caregiving in Japan.

- Currently, I perform meal preparation, fixing resident's clothes, garbage disposal, and refilling necessary items, these are mostly indirect work. As a part of learning process, I assist meal service for residents who has less risk of swallowing food. Also, I observe other staff's work for my study.

Job description |
Providing daily support and assistance for residents and users to live most suitable lives, with respect for privacy, based on the caring plan for residents and users at welfare facilities for elder people, which include Nursing home for special care, facility for short term users who need daily assistance, nursing home, group home.

Salary | Paid monthly (including night shift allowance) Applicant with no license, no experience starts from 208,000yen Applicant with national license starts from 218,000yen. |
Bonus, salary increase | Bonus is determined by evaluation. Additional payment is issued together with bonus for employment over 1 year. Salary increase available is from 500yen to 70,000yen depending on terms and conditions. |
